I really enjoyed taking pictures at the Beckendorff Junior High eight grade party, A Night at the Oscars. There was a line for pictures all night long. The photo shoot turned out to be an event all its own. I can say first hand that this was indeed a special night and our kids had a blast. Hats off to all the parents and BDJH staff that had a hand in putting it all together.
You are here because you want to view and order prints. I put this site together to accommodate the BDJH 8th Grade Party. The Gallery software is called Gallery2. Gallery2 integrates with Digibug, a photo printing service. I hope you read the section on How to Order Prints below. It has some useful information regarding cropping that you need to understand before ordering.
While viewing an individual picture you will see "Print on Digibug.com" on the menu near the top left corner of the picture. Click on this link to add the current image to your Digibug shopping cart. From the Digibug Pro site you can select 4X6, 5X7, 8X10 or you can download the original high resolution image. There are many other items offered as. Digibug sells just about anything you can put a picture on.
Before ordering prints I suggest that you click on the Print Preview link under the thumbnail in the shopping cart. The print preview shows you how the image will be cropped for each size offered. I provide each image in both landscape and portrait orientation. The landscape images are optimized for 8X10, but will print fine as a 4X6 or 5X7 with extra background to the right and left. The portrait images are formatted for 8X10 and no cropping will occur. For 4X6 and 5X7 cropping will occur to the left and right. Be sure to check the Print Preview for large groups.
There are 4 offerings that I would like to point out. The 3 popular print items are 4X6 gloss, 5X7 gloss, and 8X10 gloss. You can also download the original high resolution image of you want to print your own or make a screen saver. The link for image download is located under the "More" column under "Cool Gifts" in the shopping cart.
I received a request for "step by step" instructions. You can find that here.
Thanks for reading this far! To open the BDJH 8th Grade Party gallery click anywhere on the "A Night at the Oscars!" photo above.
